Who am I? I am an recent graduate(May 2019) from the University of South Carolina with a strong interest and goal to get a job in Software Development. Software development is a broad category, but I leave it broad because I believe I could develop in many various areas in software. I believe this because I have always loved to program, to learn new languages, to explore new technologies and to push myself to always become better. I started programming in middle school in HTML and CSS. I was the student who finished then helped others with problems they were having. I continued to be a leader in my most recent position at S3D. I am a leader at heart. I am always willing to help others learn once I have secured my understanding in a concept or language. Gaming is a strong hobby of mine and has been since I was young. I would play games and constantly wonder how they were made. I would wonder the same thing for web sites and mobile applications. Once I got older and was introduced to game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine and then frameworks like Ionic, Cordova and NodeJS, I took any chance I could to develop small games and mobile application projects within them. Building websites has always been something I have enjoyed as well (hint the online portfolio/resume). I have chosen to give only a few interests of mine because to tell everything would ruin the surprise of one day hopefully meeting me. I have been given the amazing opportunity to be a software developer for around two and a half years before I ever graduated and now the time has come to find my next destination. This portfolio is just one step towards my goal to find a career doing what I love.
